  • No, all returns are free of cost.

What items are not returnable & Exchangeable?

  • There is no return & exchange on items marked as SALE.
  • International Orders are not eligible for any return & exchange.

Why will my return & exchange rejected?

  • If items will not be returned in their original condition with our packaging + tags / labels as delivered to you, products are returned after use it will not be accepted by our delivery person.

How soon will I get my refund of Return?

  • It will take up-to 7 to 15 business days for refund to reflect in your account, after the return item has been delivered and inspected by us.
  • For Pre-paid orders, the refund will be credited to the original source of payment.
  • For COD orders the bank account details/UPI provided by the customer will be final, and any errors in the details provided by the customer will not be the responsibility of the brand.
  • If order is cancelled after the product has been shipped from our warehouse, refund will only be processed after the product is returned to our warehouse and under goes quality check. If approved, standard return procedure mentioned above will be followed.
  • You can get your exchange for your order within 10 working days from Exchange request date.
  • We offer reverse pick-up facility for most pin codes.
  • The exchange will only be approved for an equal or higher amount than the original order

Orders ship within 24 hours. Orders will be delivered within 5-7 Business days. Not inclusive of public holidays.

All our orders are sent using a tracked service. If you miss your delivery, please arrange a redelivery with the shipping company.

You will get an automated email to confirm your order. Once your order has been processed you will get and email saying that
your order has been dispatched

If you have not received your order confirmation email, it can be one of two things.

The email may have gone into you junk folder. If it is not there it could be that your order has not been processed correctly. In this case no money should be taken. Please email us so that we can help resolve this.
